14 weeks. 7 mini missions. One big reminder: You are stronger than you think.

This isn’t a typical fitness challenge. This is a summer-long mission to move with purpose, connect with others, and build habits that actually fit real life.


Over 14 weeks, you’ll earn points for showing up for yourself in ways that matter in the studio, at home, and everywhere in between. From outdoor movement to meaningful connection, each action helps you feel stronger and more grounded in your everyday life.


No pressure. No perfection. Just progress, momentum, and a lot of celebrating along the way.

This summer, movement is your anchor.


Whether it’s showing up to class, walking the dog, or trying something new — it all counts. You’re building a body that supports a life you love.


🟦 CONNECT
You’re not in this alone.


Every time you show up, say hello, share your energy — you’re strengthening more than just your core. You’re building a community where people feel seen, supported, and strong.


🟨 REPEAT
Real strength is in the comeback.


You don’t need a perfect streak — you need momentum. When you keep showing up, in small ways or big ones, you’re laying down the habits that lead to lifelong strength.


How to Earn Points

New Mini Missions Every 2 Weeks

Every two weeks, we’ll drop a new Mini Mission to keep things fun and focused — things like “Move Outside,” “Fitness = Freedom,” and “Try One New Thing.”


Each mission is worth points and designed to help you use your fitness in real life.

Current Mini Mission

Mini Mission #1: MOVE OUTSIDE (May 26 – June 8)

The Mission:
Get outside and move your body. Walk, hike, bike, stretch, swim, dance in the yard — whatever feels good to you.


Why It Matters:
Your fitness isn’t just for the studio — it’s for your real life.
Movement + fresh air = clarity, strength, and momentum.
This one’s about reconnecting with the world around you while doing something great for your body.


How to Complete It:

  • Move outside at least once
  • Reflect on how it felt or what you noticed 
  • Submit your check-in form to earn points 
  • Bonus: Snap a pic and share/tag @surviving_strong — we’d love to feature your moment!

Every two weeks, we’ll send out a short check-in form where you can log your Mini Mission + ongoing tasks.   We'll track all attendance based efforts right through our scheduling software, so nothing for you to do there.


Nope! Do what you can, when you can. Every action earns you points. Every point counts. 


We’ll reveal them throughout the summer — but trust us, you’ll want in. Points = raffle entries at our end-of-summer celebration! 


Yes — this challenge is designed for clients who are actively training at the Surviving Strong studio.

But don’t worry if you’re just getting started — you can begin earning points from your very first class with us this summer.


It’s not a race, and it’s not all-or-nothing. Much like fitness, something is always better than nothing. Whether you rack up a few points or go all in, you’re moving forward — and that counts.
