Postural Assessment

You stay fully clothed for the assessment. Our hands-on approach measures key bony landmarks like hips, shoulders, collarbones, knees, and feet. It's a personalized journey to better alignment and posture!

Your current postural alignment will be measured using the Align Smart Postural Assessment Kit tools.

Measuring posture

20 different bony landmarks are used to assess your alignment and symmetry.  In this case, we are measuring the angle of the hip measurement on one side. 

App for at home compliance

Get your personalized corrective routine through our app, tailored to your unique measurements. Easily track your progress and access detailed exercise instructions between sessions. No need to memorize – it's all in one place! 

Recommended schedule

Aligned & Strong is a commitment to long-term well-being. Begin with a full assessment every other week. If you prefer, weekly assessments are an option. It's your personalized journey toward lasting alignment and less chronic pain.
