Late Cancel / No Show Policy

Membership Upgrade

 COVID-19 has brought a heightened awareness to staying home when not feeling well.  If you are experiencing any symptoms, we appreciate your diligence in cancelling any sessions until you are better.

If you would like to upgrade to a more frequent use membership, the unused portion will be credited towards your upgrade.

 Late cancels (within 18 hours prior to class start) and no-shows will forfeit one class from your plan.

Annual Memberships with 8x a month or greater visits can be put on hold if you will not be available for 3 continuous weeks at the Training Center due to travel or a second home.  Notice must be provided in advance.
