Clean. Bright. Open.

Everyone is talking about their new cleaning procedures - but not us, because we already were well ahead of that curve.  Clean is important - not just in a world of corona viruses, but because we live in a world of allergens, germs and pollution.  Clean also feels good - less clutter is not only easier to keep tidy but it keeps the mind calmer.

  • Floors and surfaces cleaned regularly
  • All equipment has a home and almost all is off the floor
  • State of the art ductless efficient HVAC
  • Multiple sinks for hand washing in addition to hand sanitizer

Experienced Trainers = Innovative & Safe Classes

We know that we all get to an age where our bodies have been through a lot.  We all have something that adds to our unique story - an old knee injury, a chronic shoulder thing, a little arthritis...  Those are the signs of having lived a life, not a reason to stop!  Our trainers have experience and can work with you (and your medical team if needed.)  Not everything can be un-done but our goal is to make the best of what you have, and reduce your risks of injury going forward.  Our experience brings another edge - we can blend different trends and modalities to keep our sessions innovative, fun and engaging to keep you moving towards your goals.
