We offer several types of Pilates classes that blend classical and modern innovative approaches. Mat classes are open to all but classes marked with an * on our schedule require that you are comfortable and experienced using the Pilates machines. If you are new to our Training Center but have done Pilates elsewhere, your first session is a one on one to ensure your are comfortable with our equipment. If you are new to Pilates equipment, than our Foundations classes are the perfect start.
Pilates for strength, length and stability + quick moves and bursts for a different intensity that will have you breathing heavier and working up a sweat. Instructor may use any of the equipment in our space.
The Pilates Reformer is an adjustable machine that uses springs, pulleys, bars and straps along with a moving carriage. All of those features results in an almost limitless number of exercises for core strength, full-body strength and flexibility.
This unique Pilates class uses the mat and TRX Suspension straps to provide a total body workout.

Anything Pilates is an option in this class - reformer, tower, mat, props, TRX!
The Tower configuration is a vertical unit that uses springs with a variety of attachments to provide continual resistance as you move through various exercises.
This class is based on progressions through a set curriculum so that you become comfortable with the basic principles of Pilates, our Pilates equipment and the foundation movements using those machines. While there are some Foundations classes on our schedule, these are generally scheduled as need demands to match with your schedule. Contact us to learn more.
Stress seems unavoidable in our busy modern lives. It is essential that we find ways to take care of ourselves and limit the very real physical and emotional impact of stress. In this class bootcamp style class, be prepared to sweat as you let off the stress while also getting stronger – physically and mentally – for the rest of your day and beyond. We pair intentional cardio efforts with focused strength training segments.
There are a lot of ways to blow off steam and hitting something is definitely one of them! This class will be boxing skills based (not to be used for self defense) that will result in a drenched-in-sweat workout. Boxing is more than punching bags and focus pads; there is agility, core work, coordination and strength!
No experience necessary, but boxing gloves and wraps are required (we do have two spare sets to all you to trial this class.)
This class combines simple kickboxing moves (non-impact or striking) to ramp up the heart rate.

This class is inspired by yoga and by feeling the flow of the moment and will be as unique as the individuals in the class. Perhaps it flows with the rhythm of hip hop...or grounded in the heavy sounds of alternative rock...or opening to some hippy dippy vibrations...No matter what direction we go, you will leave feeling more stretched, relaxed and grounded.
The perfect combination of restorative and challenging. You will perform many of the traditional yoga poses but with the addition of a fabric hammock as a prop. The supportive fabric will also assist you in more challenging poses and inversions without adding pressure to your shoulders, head or spine - and in fact, inversions may have the added benefit of relieving stress through the back and spine.
All levels are welcome in this class.
Einstein wrote “Nothing happens, until something moves.” We can flip that thought around to say that the less you are able to move, the less happens. This class will focus on restoring and maintaining your muscular and joint mobility to optimize your movement, so that you can move fluidly and with agility. Be prepared to use the foam rollers, Pilates equipment and props, and suspension trainers along with your own body.
Life doesn't move in a nice neat straight line so building strength in every direction for every situation is vital. Using various equipment and props, we'll challenge your muscles in a variety of positions and situations. Bring on your strongest you!
As children, we learned to control our balance to stand before we could walk or run or play tag. As we age, physical balance gives us the power to keep doing the things we like to do. In this class we will challenge and develop your balance and ability to control movements, building strength and stability through exercises that feel like play
You are the boss! Own what you want and work for it. This class will combine barre techniques with functional training tools like TRX suspension and battle ropes to give you an incredible nonstop workout. It will combine grace with balance, cardio and strength to help you reach your goals!
FUNctional cardio is a combination of cardio and strength training exercises that we have you smiling and sweating. We will often use a step but this is not a dancy step class. Sometimes we will pair it with games that will have the time fly by. Unique combos will keep it interesting and great music with keep you energized as you work your whole body.
