Small Group Sessions

Unique Functional Strength

Aerial Fitness

Using the aerial hammocks for support and challenge provides a fun twist on exercises.  This is a strength focused session that is easily adjustable to most levels.  Don't let using the silks scare you!  The fabric is super supportive and actually can make a lot of the strength moves more doable. 

Balance of Power, strength and balance training

Balance of Power

In this class we will challenge and develop your balance and ability to control movements, focusing on building more symetry left and right, and front and back. We keep mixing up the challenges to keep your body and mind engaged, sometimes using no equipment, sometimes adding weights or unstable surfaces. Everything is adjustable to challenge you where you are at. 

Strength training

Mobility and Strength

Life doesn't move in a nice neat straight line so building strength in every direction for every situation is vital. We start with maximize your mobility through fluid movements and various stretches and myofascial release techniques.  Using various equipment and props, we'll challenge your muscles in a variety of positions and situations.  Bring on your strongest you!     

Rebel Yoga

This is an athletic, flow inspired yoga class. We'll be primarily focusing on building strength with some targeted stretches and classic yoga poses woven into a flowing sequence. Sessions will be unique, utilizing different props and equipment to achieve specific goals. One week we may choose to use weights or the Bosu or TRX or the aerial silks or...We'll have fun and keep it fresh. No matter what direction we go, you will leave feeling stronger, more stretched, relaxed and grounded. 

SOS - Total Body Conditioning

Stress seems unavoidable in our busy modern lives. It is essential that we find ways to take care of ourselves and limit the very real physical and emotional impact of stress. In this bootcamp style class, be prepared to sweat as you let off the stress while also getting stronger – physically and mentally – for the rest of your day and beyond. Combining awesome customizable strength training with never boring cardio bursts, this class gets it all in! 

TRX Barre Fusion

Get moving in this unique session where we blend in some ballet barre based movements with the TRX suspension straps which allows you to customize your effort.  This workout is suitable for all levels, with all of the booty blasting squats, heel raising releves, balance challenging arabesques and all of the full body shaking core work you could ever want!

Rebel Yoga

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is about flow and linking movements. It is mindful movement that will challenge you, building strength as you move your body while also stretching your muscles. It is about honoring where you are, aligning your postures and poses to your physical abilities, while striving for improvement each session.  This is a mixed level class specifically designed to instruct you on the movements and poses, the breath, and the workout flow.  

Mobility, Movement and Agility stretch class

MMA - Mobility, Movement and Agility

Einstein wrote “Nothing happens, until something moves.” We can flip that thought around to say that the less you are able to move, the less happens. This class will focus on restoring and maintaining your muscular and joint mobility to optimize your movement, so that you can move fluidly and with agility. Be prepared to use the foam rollers, Pilates equipment and props, and suspension trainers along with your own body. 

Aerial Yoga with a Focus on Stretching

The perfect combination of restorative and fun. You will perform many of the traditional yoga poses but with the addition of a fabric hammock as a prop.  The supportive fabric will also assist you in more challenging poses and inversions without adding pressure to your shoulders, head or spine.  (Inversions are only a tiny piece of this session and completely optional but in fact, inversions may have the added benefit of relieving stress through the back and spine.)


Pilates

We offer several types of Pilates classes that blend classical and modern innovative approaches. Mat classes are open to all regardless of previous Pilates experience. If you are completely new to Pilates, private sessions are a perfect way to learn the fundamentals to lengthen and strengthen your entire body.

TRX Suspension Pilates and Mat work

Mat and TRX

This unique Pilates class uses the mat and TRX Suspension straps to provide a total body workout. 

Mixed Equipment*

Anything Pilates is an option in this class - reformer, tower, mat, props, TRX!

Reformer*

The Pilates Reformer is an adjustable machine that uses springs, pulleys, bars and straps along with a moving carriage.  All of those features results in an almost limitless number of exercises for core strength, full-body strength and flexibility. 

Tower*

The Tower configuration is a vertical unit that uses springs with a variety of attachments to provide continual resistance as you move through various exercises.
