Moving With Confidence

These classes are for people who care about how they move — not just getting through a workout. You’ll get thoughtful coaching, real-time feedback, and clear progressions that help you build control, awareness, and trust in your body. This is where you slow things down just enough to move well, feel successful, and build a foundation that supports everything else you do.

Pilates: Stability & Control (Apparatus)

Stability & Control is a focused Pilates class designed to build strength, confidence, and body awareness through deliberate, controlled movement. You’ll work primarily in a neutral spine while learning how to use the Pilates apparatus effectively to support strength, posture, and stability. With simple, intentional transitions and a steady pace, this class helps you feel successful while building a strong foundation for how Pilates supports your body in real life.

Pilates: Mobility & Flexibility (Apparatus)

Mobility & Flexibility focuses on improving range of motion, joint health, and movement quality through deliberate, controlled exploration. Using the Pilates apparatus, you’ll move through flowing sequences that emphasize articulation, coordination, and body awareness. This class invites you to move with intention, explore your available range, and leave feeling more open, connected, and capable in your body.

Release & Breathe

Release & Breathe is a gentle, restorative class designed to help you slow down, unwind, and move with ease. You’ll combine mobility work, stretching, myofascial release, and breath-focused movement to reduce tension and improve body awareness. This class supports recovery, relaxation, and nervous system reset — helping you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body.

Strength, Mobility & Balance

Strength, Mobility & Balance helps you move better and feel more capable through a thoughtful blend of mobility work, strength training, and balance challenges. You’ll build strength in all directions while improving coordination, control, and confidence. This class is ideal if you want guidance, variety, and movement that supports how your body actually functions in real life.

Building Strength for Real Life

This is strength with a purpose. These classes focus on building resilience, balance, coordination, and confidence so daily life feels easier — lifting, carrying, climbing, getting up and down. It’s not about quick wins or burnout workouts. It’s about long-term strength that supports your body now and into the future.

Pilates: Strength & Length (Apparatus)

Strength & Length is a full-body Pilates class that builds strength and mobility together through intentional, flowing movement. You’ll move through a variety of exercises using the Pilates apparatus, working with flexion, extension, rotation, and side bending to support strength, posture, and coordination. This class moves as a group with purposeful transitions, offering a balanced challenge that helps you feel stronger, more mobile, and connected in your body.

Pilates: Strength & Length - Neutral Spine (Apparatus)

Strength & Length – Neutral Spine is a full-body Pilates class that builds strength, coordination, and confidence while training primarily in a neutral spine. Using the Pilates apparatus, you’ll move through purposeful, flowing exercises that emphasize control, connection, and whole-body strength. This class offers a challenging, focused way to train strength and mobility together while respecting how your spine moves best.

Pilates: Power & Precision (Apparatus)

Power & Precision is a fast-moving Pilates class designed to challenge strength, coordination, and endurance through dynamic, full-body work. Using the Pilates apparatus, you’ll move through complex sequences with minimal breakdown, requiring focus, body awareness, and efficient transitions. This class is ideal for experienced movers who enjoy a higher-energy pace and want to push their capacity while staying connected to quality movement.

Strength, Mobility and Balance

Strength, Mobility & Balance helps you move better and feel more capable through a thoughtful blend of mobility work, strength training, and balance challenges. You’ll build strength in all directions while improving coordination, control, and confidence. Movement You Stick With

These classes are designed to keep you coming back. Expect variety, energy, and movement that feels good in your body. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s consistency. You’ll move through a mix of grounded and suspended exercises that build confidence, coordination, and full-body strength. Aerial Fitness II

Aerial Fitness II builds on the foundations of Aerial Fitness by developing skills that lead into more advanced tricks, flips, and inversions. Designed for those comfortable in the hammock, this class challenges strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, high-energy environment. Expect to work, laugh, and surprise yourself as you play with progression and explore what your body is capable of.

Bounce & Balance

Bounce & Balance is a low-impact, high-energy class that combines rebounding with strength and balance work. The gentle impact helps safely support bone density while delivering a cardio blast that boosts coordination, circulation, and those feel-good endorphins. This class is upbeat, joint-friendly, and energizing — perfect if you want cardio that feels fun and leaves you smiling.
