Most of our sessions max out at just six participants, allowing each class to be personalized to those who’ve registered. This ensures you get targeted attention and a workout tailored to your needs. Sessions will start by maximizing your mobility through fluid movements, various stretches and myofascial release techniques. Using varied equipment and weights, you'll build your muscles and strength your bones. Since life never seems to come in a straight line, we'll challenge and develop your balance and strength in every direction - forward and back and side to side.
Build strength and resilience in our Heavy Lift class, where “heavy” is relative to your own abilities. You’ll safely challenge your muscles with expert guidance, focusing on controlled movements and progressive weightlifting. This class targets muscle growth, improves bone density, and enhances overall strength, making it ideal for anyone looking to build functional fitness and confidence.
Prepare for life’s movements with TRX Strength! Using TRX suspension trainers, this class strengthens your body in all directions—front to back, side to side, and top to bottom. Designed to enhance strength, mobility, and overall fitness, TRX is adaptable for all fitness levels, offering a dynamic and functional workout that helps you move better and feel stronger for whatever life brings.
The difference with these sessions is that we are looking to ad intentional cardio training. Yes, we want that heart rate to get up. Yes, we want you to sweat a little. Why? Because the heart is a muscle and needs to be trained too...plus, you get the added bonus of blasting some calories and releasing those feel good endorphins!
Strengthen your heart and body in our fast-paced Strength Over Stress HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class, where high intensity doesn’t mean high impact—options are available for ALL fitness levels. Enjoy an energizing workout adaptable to all fitness levels—whether for a playful way to move or a serious calorie burn. Experience the Strength Over Stress Circuit, a dynamic and flexible 50-minute workout designed to help you build strength, boost heart health, and melt away stress. With a rolling start, you can jump into the session anytime between 5 PM and 6:30 PM. You'll move through six stations, each designed to provide a full-body workout focusing on building strength, boosting heart health, and relieving stress. Modifications are available to ensure all fitness levels can participate.
