You can choose from various sessions types that will have you moving more and getting stronger and FEELING YOUR BEST.
No worries if you aren't sure where to start - you will be guided towards the sessions that are the best fit for you, your goals and your schedule.
We do recommend at least 3 sessions per week to really feel the benefits and see the changes that you are working towards. If you can't commit to coming in that often, don't fret as we can work with you to maximize your efforts with us.
We offer several types of Pilates classes that blend classical and modern innovative approaches. Mat classes are open to all regardless of previous Pilates experience. If you are completely new to Pilates, we will set you up with the perfect path learn the fundamentals to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Sessions marked with an * are all level classes but require experience and knowledge of our Pilates machines.
Pilates is about focusing and controlling your movements - after all, it was originally called "Contrology." These sessions are designed to take you back to the essential fundamentals of our movements and the particulars of what's unique about Pilates. Perfect for the beginner. Remember, that basic does not necessarily mean easy. This will be an all level session but will be at a more deliberate pace with opportunities to ask questions and work various modifications.
Anything Pilates is an option in this class - reformer, tower, mat, props, TRX! This class is great for those who want to improve flexibility, coordination, and balance.
*This is an all levels session, but for the success of all participants, you must have prior experience with the Pilates machines and be cleared to attend this session.
Mat Pilates proves that you don't need any fancy equipment to get an incredible workout. Your body is your resistance and your support. TRX suspension straps were designed to make your body your workout machine, and it succeeds!!! This session will take the two and put them together. Simple equipment, simple moves...killer workout.
Pilates is known for its focus on developing strong core muscles, improving flexibility, and promoting overall body strength, while the cardio intervals can help boost your heart rate, increase your calorie burn, and improve your endurance. Make sure to also bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude ready to challenge yourself and improve your fitness.

Using the aerial hammocks for support and challenge provides a fun twist on all the Pilates principles and blended with yoga and strength for a unique workout. You can expect increased flexibility, strength, and balance. Not only will you lengthen and decompress the spine by hanging around, you will boost your confidence knowing what YOU are capable of. Don't let using the silks scare you! The fabric is super supportive and actually can make a lot of the strength moves more doable.
No previous experience with aerial yoga is required, as we will take time to explain the setup and positioning and usage of the hammocks in this introductory level class. Here, you'll be introduced to some of the different fundamental wraps and positions, and then use those beginner techniques as we move through an all-levels flowListen to your body, try something new and have fun as we experiment and play together.
This is an athletic, flow inspired yoga class. We'll be primarily focusing on improving strength with some targeted stretches and classic yoga poses woven into a seamlessly flowing sequence. Sessions will be unique, utilizing different props and equipment to achieve specific goals. No matter what direction we go, you will leave feeling stronger, more stretched, relaxed and grounded.
We aren't going to say that you won't sweat but these sessions are designed to focus on building your movement and strength. Every session is adaptable to your ability in the moment.
Life keeps us moving in different directions. This class will prepare you for all that and more. After a mobility warm up, this strength training session will tone you for movement in all three dimensions - front to back, side to side, top to bottom.
We will use different tools - body weight, dumbbells, bands or TRX - to keep you moving and getting stronger in all directions of motion.
As we age, physical balance gives us the power to keep doing the things we like to do. In this class we will challenge and develop your balance and ability to control movements, focusing on building more symmetry left and right, and front and back. We keep mixing up the challenges to keep your body and mind engaged, sometimes using no equipment, sometimes adding weights or unstable surfaces. Everything is adjustable to challenge you where you are at.
Life doesn't move in a nice neat straight line so building strength in every direction for every situation is vital. We start to maximize your mobility through fluid movements and various stretches and myofascial release techniques. Using various equipment and props, we'll challenge your muscles in a variety of positions and situations. Bring on your strongest you!
The difference with these sessions is that we are looking to ad intentional cardio training. Yes, we want that heart rate to get up. Yes, we want you to sweat a little. Why? Because the heart is a muscle and needs to be trained too...plus, you get the added bonus of blasting some calories and releasing those feel good endorphins!
We need to move our bodies, burn more calories and boost those feel good endorphins. This session, split into short segments, will do all that. Any cardio format might get thrown into the mix and there will always be low impact, knee and hip friendly options. Move at various intervals with short breaks between each set of movement. Cardio party is your chance to let loose and have fun with the movement and dancing around. Come with sneakers and leave with a glistening glow!
Get moving and stay moving to the music in this unique class combing grace with balance, cardio and strength to help you reach your goals! Warm up with some stretches, blend in some ballet barre based movements and your session will fly by as you sculpt your entire body. This workout is suitable for all levels, with all of the booty blasting squats, heel raising releves, balance challenging arabesques and all of the full body shaking core work you could ever want!
This is a mixed level class specifically designed to instruct you on the movements and poses and the breath. In this bootcamp style class, be prepared to sweat as you let off the stress while also getting stronger – physically and mentally – for the rest of your day and beyond. Combining awesome customizable strength training with never boring cardio bursts, this class gets it all in! Wear comfortable clothes, plan to be barefoot, and bring water.
