We say it often that the work we put in at the Training Center enables you to maximize everything you do out of the Training Center.  


Yes, it's work...but we will make it fun, we will make it doable and it WILL make a difference.  

Fundamentals Series

We know the hardest part is getting started

Your journey begins here as we press pause on life's chaos and your own insecurities.  Whatever led you here...it's okay.  Now lets step into what is possible. Let's focus on connecting your mind and body and get moving through our Fundamentals experience.  


Once per week for 3 consecutive weeks, you'll explore your new favorite habit through an introduction to either Aerial or Pilates Apparatus.  Our Fundamentals are designed to start you out with others that are starting out just the same as you. We'll dive into the basics, take our time and get you familiar with our equipment and moving again.


By the end of the series, you'll feel more connected and confident in what you are capable of and so proud of what you have started!


No prior experience is necessary. Rest assured that this 3-week beginner-friendly series was thoughtfully designed just for you.  Let's get moving!

Mat Pilates class

2 Week Unlimited Classes

Ready to get moving with our small group training classes?  Come in a try out our sessions, get a feel for our energy, meet the folks in our amazing community, and take some time to focus on you!  


Don't stress if you aren't sure which class is the best one to start with, we will help guide you though. (Hint** they are all pretty awesome!)  When you sign up, we'll schedule a 30 minute complimentary goal setting session and answer all your questions.


You'll have two full weeks to take as many sessions as make your heart sing for $70!

6 Week Jump Start

 We are at a unique time where the world is also starting to gently open around us.  It's time to get back to moving more and feeling better.


You are worth it and the investment in yourself will catapult you towards the best version of you! 


During your first 6 weeks with us, you will get access to our amazing small group session AND have one on one personal sessions where we can focus on all things unique to you!
