Our goal is to have the Surviving Strong Training Center be a safe space where you can work to be your healthiest you.
The health benefits from exercise are well documented. Having a supportive network has also been well documented to provide positive physical health benefits. The Training Center combines both of these factors.
As we have watched the evolving health situation throughout the US and throughout the world…corona viruses are here for the long term. Certainly, the currently available vaccine therapies have shown wonderful rates in lessening symptoms and disease progression, but the data is also clear that fully vaccinated individuals are having breakthrough infection, both symptomatic and asymptomatic, and do contribute to viral spread.
We know that one of the best defenses against COVID, in addition to vaccination, is a healthy body and immune system. More than that, COVID is not the only health threat out there.
So, let’s look to what we can do. This is not a season to grow unhealthy.
Moving more, adopting healthier eating habits, relieving stress, maintaining a healthy weight, having more positivity…this matters so much, now maybe more than ever!
