101 Sessions are beginner friendly and the perfect way to try out a class as well as learn and refine your form.
No prior experience is necessary. Rest assured that these sessions are thoughtfully designed just for you. We'll dive into the basics, take our time and get you familiar with our equipment. By the end of each class, you'll feel more connected and confident in what you are capable of and so proud of what you have started!
If you have never experienced the aerial hammock you are in for a treat! It's a little stretch, a little strength, a little yoga, and a lot of cheering and celebrating...no seriously, we haven't had a class that didn't include each participant becoming the biggest cheerleader for another's success, and in turn being celebrated for their efforts!
